Notification of legal proceedings
Sections 110, 133 and 139 of the new Code of civil procedure provides for the possibility to notify attorneys by technological means. Upon the coming into force of the new Code of civil procedure on January 1st, 2016, these electronic notifications may be sent simultaneously to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org and to the personal email address of the attorney in charge of the file in question. All documents that are the subject of the notification must be identified in the covering email and must be sent in a format recognized by our office; the PDF format is strongly recommended. Your email must provide information regarding the sender (name, given name, telephone number, all other email adresses to be used) and must indicate the number of pages of any document sent, so that verifications can be made.
